Couldn’t be happier for our buyer clients and their accepted offer on this beautiful Bristol fixer upper! Within minutes of this house hitting the market, they asked for a comparative market analysis to understand what it would be worth in remodeled condition and realized there was SO much potential here!

Properties don’t last in this desirable waterfront neighborhood on the Kickemuit River, so we had to move quickly. We got in for a showing within 24 hours, strategized at the car before we left, offer submitted a few hours later, and got our OFFER ACCEPTED call that night! My clients trusted my advice and offer strategy and it put their offer on top (there were multiple).
