Tomorrow we close on this beautiful home in Swansea in the ever popular Bettencourt Estates- it took dedication from the owner in purging many items, fixing some repairs and diligence with the Title V- we had a plan and executed it along the way to hire professional pictures, stage and showcase with open houses that we placed under agreement quickly- Thinking of selling?
