Does anyone else see the irony in this.
For at least the last 2 months they have had cones blocking a parking space so no one would park under some tree limbs that are ready to come down. But now they turned it into a handicapped space and the limbs are still there. I also believe there should be no reason for office workers to have to park in the spaces directly in front of the offices.

I must appollogise to everyone the spot I thought they turned into a handicap spot, they actually blocked it out for safety reasons and put a handicap spot right in front of the office. Now how long for a ramp

Talked to road workers today asked them if they were repaveing the whole park or what. The answer is no,
Only what they can afford right now so basically patch work.

This could be interesting. How are they going to figure out how to make money off of the city water, would they be willing to give discounts from residents for help o. Projects that the residents could do. I'm sure there would be residents willing to work together to help improve the park, on the same hand don't immediately turn around and raise lot rent. Let us start to take pride in where we live, it has been so long that we have had to live like this, let us show you how we can be respectful back. That would be hard to do if you raise the rent right away, became you did that without improvements.

That didn't take long. If you have a contract with them, your rent will stay the same until the end of the contract. Once the contract expires rent for everyone will be 570.00. SMFH

Hello!!

My husband is an ADT salesman. If anybody is interested in learning more about ADT and what they offer for security you can text him or call him at anytime. If you call on the weekend he probably won’t answer, but if you text he’ll respond when we’re not busy!! 567 396 7806
If you want a business card or door hanger with information, let me know your lot number, or text him your lot number for it and we’ll drop it off! With us living in the park (AHL for anybody in the other ones) appointments can be made same day, and he can get it installed as early as next day (depending on availability). If anybody’s appointment time doesn’t work between 9-5 mon-fri, let him know and he will do his best to arrange an appointment that is convenient for you.

Side note: looking for extra income?? If you refer anybody, and they install ADT, you get a $200 gift card. So if you live with anybody else, if you refer them and you install it, you get the gift card. UNLIMITED REFERRALS!! They must not have ADT when you refer them.

It’s really a great way to earn extra money!! I wish I could, spouses are prohibited from being an ADT advocate though. 😂😂
