Some houses are just houses… and then there are the ones that become a little piece of your heart.

I recently had the absolute privilege of selling a very special house to some very special people right here in my hometown of Tellico Plains. And honestly, this transaction was about so much more than real estate.

Sometimes life gets hard. It beats you down a little, and you can get so caught up in the day-to-day that you forget why you started doing what you do in the first place.

And then God sends people into your life who are exactly what you need. ❤️

From the buyers, to the listing agent, to the sellers, and even the title agent…every single person involved in this transaction was truly a breath of fresh air. The kindness, cooperation, communication and genuine care from everyone involved reminded me just how much I LOVE helping and serving people.

This was, without a doubt, one of the smoothest and BEST transactions I’ve had in a long time. And more than that, it reminded me why I do this. It put my love for people and this business back into perspective and, honestly, has me loving life again.
