On this one…I gotta say I’m thankful for technology and a buyer that trusted me from afar!
My buyer left the country for China for a month! The week after he left, he called and wanted me to make an offer on this house. We were able to get this under contract by getting all of the documents to him and signed using Dotloop, Earnest money deposited via Earnest, and home inspection ordered via a link sent by the home inspector! Everything was done and ready to go when he got back from his trip and we closed a week later!
