As a realtor, I do firmly believe it's a good investment. I also love cars, trucks, etc and like to buy and play with those too. If it comes down to a choice between the two, just remember this....you can't drive your house but you can live in your car.

When you see a house in your neighborhood come on the market about $15k lower than market value....😬😬😬 Probably didn't shop around for local brokers opinions.
