Good news and bad news post. My listing in Sycamore is under contract, great news for my client
The sad news, is scammers are still trying to take advantage of people.

I had a person reach out to me this afternoon with a post from Facebook that my listing is for rent and then quickly changed it to a rent to own, if you pay $30 to get started.

Please be careful! Call your favorite REALTOR® and if you don’t have one, that’s ok, I’m available and happy to assist.

🚨 IT HAPPENED AGAIN 🚨

We’ve been made aware that someone is fraudulently advertising one of our for sale properties as a rental and attempting to collect fees to schedule showings.

This is a scam.

The property is currently under contract to be sold and is not available for rent. Willow Real Estate will never ask you to pay a fee just to view a property.

If you’ve seen this listing shared online, please do not send money or provide personal information. We encourage you to report the fraudulent post to the platform where you found it.
