🚨🏡CLOSED🏡🚨

Thank you to this wonderful couple for trusting me to get their home sold! We hit the market and was under contract within 24hrs!! After tough negotiations we made it to the closing table. I’m glad I was able to assist and making everything happen. It’s such a small world, they went to school with my parents and that was even more of a reason for them to choose me as an agent which felt great! I look forward to meeting them at the closing table again🏡

🚨🏡CLOSED🏡🚨

Back in March of this year I held my first homebuyer seminar along with Anthony Garcia. We had great turn out and Brendan Lyshe took the knowledge and applied right away to start the home buying process. Within the week we were out searching for the house he could make a home. At the time the market was insane and our contracts weren’t getting accepted no matter how great of an offer we put in😩. We had a small break and when he was ready to get back to searching we found the house perfect for him in days and closed it within 3 weeks!!!
