The real value of an experienced agent shows up when things don’t go according to plan. When inspections uncover unexpected issues. When repairs become a point of negotiation. When timelines get tight, paperwork gets complicated, or a contract starts heading in the wrong direction.
Real estate transactions have a lot of moving parts, and sometimes they get messy. That’s when you want someone in your corner who understands the contract, knows how to problem-solve, and can navigate the process without letting small issues turn into big ones.
