Today I was celebrating 2023 at our annual large event called "The Celebration". It's always a great gathering. Its mostly filled with giving thanks and recognizing what we have accomplished and most importantly how we have helped each other. I've been with the company 18 years now. Back in the beginning there were about 30 people in total and now we are over 400! Even with all this growth there is such a strong feeling of knowing and being known and that equals a community of support and friendship! I am thankful!!
Special thanks to Creig Northrop and Carla Northrop for prioritizing the event and all the many Northrop STAFF who worked behind the scenes!
