I will never forget. Praying for the family and friends of those lost on that day.

I remember that day so vividly, 9/11/2001.

Watching the news and trying to process what I was seeing… unable to believe it was really happening.

Years later, I visited New York City with my family. We stood at the 9/11 Reflecting Pools, paid our respects, and touched the names of those who never made it home to their families.

That is something I will never forget.

25 years may have passed, but time does not erase the lives that were lost. It does not erase the courage of the first responders who ran toward danger, or the people who worked tirelessly at Ground Zero in the days and months that followed.

We vowed we would never forget… and we have not.

That day is etched in so many hearts around our country.
