I was asked recently about what type of client I really enjoy working with and I, honestly, can't think of a finer example:
Buyer walked into my office several years ago, looking to move from Haywood to Jackson County. We find their new home, sell their former. As the relationship unfolded, I realized quickly that we had a lot of the same qualities: putting family first, working hard, dreaming big, and figuring out a way to make it all come together. Most importantly, we weren't afraid to educate ourselves (& each other;), trust each other, and take chances along the way to turn those dreams into reality.
Yesterday, we closed on their 3rd commercial property.
Not just any property, but the beloved Sentelle property: a familiar & timeless staple for fresh seafood & mini storage, Sentelle's Market was one that locals (myself included) truly hated to see leave.
With the changing of the guard, a new family will take this legacy & continue building one for their children. A legacy born out of true grit, fearless determination, and the American dream.
Those are my favorite clients.
No matter how big or small your dream is, find someone that can help you make yours a reality. Where there are no dumb questions, where they will jump through every hoop for you (& with you), to help turn your calling into the alignment you need to receive your blessings.
On behalf of myself and my staff, we will never stop celebrating & cheering for everyone's success.
But this one, well, it will hold a special place, undoubtedly, for all❤️
***If you are in possession of a storage unit, the new owners & myself will be working with Mrs. Debbie to seamlessly transition the storage units to a new automated system. Please be on the lookout for communication in the coming days.***
And....stayed tuned to see what's in store for the next chapter of Sentelle's Seafood;)
