In June, homes sold slightly faster than June 2025 and for the asking price. Home values continued to appreciate and inventory increased slightly. However, demand continues to outpace available inventory.
For buyers that means the modest increase in inventory provides more choices than a year ago, while steady price growth reflects a stable market rather than one experiencing rapid appreciation.
