We are in need of assistance for our Maintenance Team 🛠

This would be the perfect summer job for college or high school kids with reliable transportation

☀️Flexible schedule
🍉Part-time or Full-time opportunity
😎Immediate Openings

Responsibilities include:
-Prepping apartments to be painted, cleaned, and become move-in ready for the next tenant
-Assisting our full-time staff with day to day needs
-Power washing, painting, and trash collection at our commercial property locations

Qualifications:
-Reliable transportation
-Ability to take direction and work independently
-Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Meet the team Monday: Jason 🛠️
Today we're highlighting the backbone of our maintenance team, Jason! Jason has been a superhero in our maintenance team for almost a decade.
💡Favorite part of the job: "Meeting everyone’s animals! I love people, but dogs especially have my heart. My wife and sons and I have had 6 different German Shepherds through the years. I also love my work with the residents at Mayberry village, I love interacting with our older generations, they are great people!"
🏠 When you aren't at work, where can people find you?: "If I’m not at work, I’m hanging out with my family, or my other family--My Boy Scouts."
⭐Fun fact: "I once had a conversation with a buffalo comparing beards" (see the second picture for proof!!)
