It’s that time of year again..

Holidays are over..

Winter days seem like they’re getting longer..

Cloudy, cold, and boring days..

Kids are stuck in inside and they’re just going stir crazy..

Toys are thrown everywhere and arguments are happening all the time over sharing toys and spaces..

Kids are constantly in the way of you trying to get things done..

And there’s never any room for each of you to have your alone time..

And you’re wondering how long do we have to put up with it..

How about ending this now…this year..

What if this is the last year you ever have these stressful moments..

What if you turn it all around and find a bigger home that you never knew you needed until you started searching..

For those of you who are contemplating “needing” me for your housing needs…

Let’s list why you’re not sold on the idea:
1. You think you can save money.
2. You think I don’t know what i’m doing.
3. You think I’m overpaid.
4. You think you can do it all by yourself.
5. You don’t know a good realtor you can use...and maybe the list goes on..

Now, let’s talk about why this mentality may not be serving you well:
1. You pay for what you get. If you want a realtor who’s willing to cut commission, they are most likely cutting their services as well.
2. I have more experience than you think. Although this career doesn’t involve crazy and extensive training, my day to day hands on application is where I learn most…and this is done 24/7. I have seen incredible things when I go through homes and I know the market well. Why? Because I am in it every single day…
3. I work hard to get paid- I also don’t get paid until you close. So all the time spent talking to you, running around for you, setting things up, staging, hiring out for specific jobs, market analysis, phones calls, mailings, (and so much more) I don’t get paid for. I don’t charge hourly like an attorney would. I also take you through the entire process and guide you as much as you need.
4. Your buying and selling process will most likely not go smooth. I make sure everything goes seamless and stress free for you. That means, talking to all involved (behind the scenes) and making sure everything is getting done. I am a problem solver. I put out fires. This is what I spend a lot of time doing!
5. (Hint: hint)..PICK ME!..PICK ME! I’m the good realtor!

What makes me stand out among all the other realtors you may know or are considering on hiring? How do you know you’re making the right choice with me?..

You ready?

Time.

Time makes me stand out. And I don’t mean you have to waste 6 months to find out if im right for you or not..

Instead, it’s the time I spend with you.

Immediately.

Right from the start.

I take pride knowing I spend countless hours in a short period of time to get to know you, your family, your needs, and the most important-your motivation.

I need (and want) to understand it all because that helps me work for you better. Where there’s understanding, there’s success!

I also spend time looking at each home that I come across, paying attention and keeping in mind everything you’ve been telling me right from the start.

I don’t just ask you what your specs are for your new home, plug the data in to the MLS and auto send you whatever pops up. Let’s be honest, you can do that on Zillow.

And how annoying would it be to get home options sent that don’t even remotely fit what you want? That’s called atomization and sometimes it doesn’t work in your favor.

I like to do it a little old school. I want to make sure the homes I send you, are legit contenders and will make you think and consider everything!..(even if it doesn’t fit your criteria 100%-there’s most likely a reason I do it).

So even after our first conversation, there’s no guessing, no fluff, no small talk…

Just honest and purposeful conversation that will lead to you selling (and buying) you next home!

I say this with total love..

Buyers do not understand realtors..

There’s so many misconceptions so I’m here to clear some up:

🏠 It is not the realtor’s fault when there’s homes lacking in the market. We can’t make homes magically appear and we can only do so much. Be patient. Your time will come..and most likely, we will come through in the end.

🏠 The contract that is now mandatory to sign prior to seeing any home doesn’t have to be a long term contract; it can be just for that one home. Don’t put too much emphasis and worry about this. Just understand what agreement you have with your realtor prior to signing.

🏠 Be open to adjusting the criteria to your perfect home. You’re eliminating so many wonderful homes that may be just what you want but you just don’t know it yet!

🏠 We really do work around the clock- in between all the family events, soccer games, and other commitments. Respect our time…and us.

Now since that’s out of the way, who’s ready to get started?

This first time home buyer came to after she was referred to a different realtor from her mortgage loan officer..

She wasn’t happy with the previous realtor.

She was looking for better.

A day after we talked, we scheduled a viewing.

And the rest was history.

How did this happen so smooth and easy?

She was prepared. She was ready. She knew what she wanted. She did the work!

I came in at the right time to guide her the rest of the way.

It really was as easy as it sounds.

And this can happen to any buyer..
