936 Lancaster...just minutes from Syracuse University's campus. This house is on the bus line (just steps from the front door). It includes some off-street parking, a front porch, and a nice backyard. Completely remodeled over the winter. It is fully furnished, and includes all appliances.

This 2nd floor bathroom was completely remodeled with new plumbing, floors, double sinks and cabinet, walls, tile, etc.

Digital door locks are on the front and back doors. These codes are changed after leases are up, increasing security for current tenants. Individual key locks are installed on each bedroom door for additional security.

The first floor bedroom features hardwood floors, 3 very large windows and one small one. Blinds have been installed for privacy. This room includes a bed, armoire, large desk and rolling chair, overhead light, desk lamp, and a built-in cabinet. This room also includes a beautiful window seat (that opens for additional storage).

The Blue bedroom is so named because all of the moldings in this room were painted in a bright blue color when we bought the house. This brightly lit room features hardwood floors, 3 windows, an overhead light, a bed, dresser, desk, rolling chair, and closet with light.

The large kitchen has plenty of storage. It includes a stainless steel gas stove, a dishwasher, microwave, full size refrigerator, under cabinet lighting, and a wooden table with 6 chairs. There is also a door to the backyard.

The house has a very large, cozy living room complete with a leather sofa, leather recliner, leather chair and ottoman, another leather chair, coffee table, desk, entry table, and a small bookcase. There are also hardwood floors and 5 windows.

The front hallway includes hardwood floors, a large closet, a 1/2 bath, an overhead light, and a beautiful staircase with a window and window seat (a perfect place to sit and read).

We call this the Scottish Bedroom because the walls and ceiling were covered with plaid wallpaper when we bought the house! It looked like a Scottish kilt. This room includes 3 windows, hardwood floors, a closet with light, an overhead light, a bed, dresser, desk, and rolling chair.
