Big win for Bayberry.

Onondaga County just launched a $2 million revolving loan/grant program for our neighborhood. Eligible homeowners can get up to $25,000 for exterior repairs (70% at 1% interest up to 7 years, 30% grant forgiven when the loan is paid). No income limits.

Had an awesome (and very hot 🔥) day out at Turning Stone with my brother. Nothing beats mixing friendly competition with supporting a charity that truly makes a difference for families in our community.
