As 9TH District County Legislator, Stephen will bring his enthusiasm and leadership to the table, as he continues to deliver results in his pursuit for measurable progress. Stephen will be a strong voice for his constituents, as he encourages the interest and involvement of all residents in striving to make our neighborhoods into healthy communities.
