Over the past 10 years, Stephen has sold more single-family homes in the city of Syracuse than any other agent! Longtime Eastwood resident, developer and real estate broker, Stephen Skinner, is running for Onondaga County Legislature in District 9. His genuine care for listening to others he has met throughout the years in his various leadership roles, has earned him the unofficial title around his neighborhood as “Mayor of Eastwood”. Skinner is the owner of The Palace Theatre, and has led restoration and renovation for countless blighted properties, including the former “Tip A Few”, “The East Room” and has re-established the first home built in Eastwood (“The Midler House”) where he houses his brokerage firm, Skinner & Associates Realty. As 9TH District County Legislator, Stephen will bring his enthusiasm and leadership to the table, as he continues to deliver results in his pursuit for measurable progress. Stephen will be a strong voice for his constituents, as he encourages the interest and involvement of all residents in striving to make our neighborhoods into healthy communities.
