Yea I did say free do to we don’t have the title for the home but it can be gotten
This home is a 3 bedroom one bathroom but should be a 2 bathroom
This is a handyman special as far as I can tell is all it needs is most of the flooring needs replaced and walls need to be repaired or replaced
The furnace needs to be deducted
Lot rent here is $365 per month
And it is a month to month lease
Lot deposit is $500
Mail key deposit is $50
A total of $915 a lease signing
You must be approved to live in our community before I can allow anyone to be able to live in the community
