University Area Apartments We are one of the first companies to provide off-campus housing to Syracuse University students and offer many different options for our potential tenants.

University Area Apartments (UAA) is a full-service property owner specializing in college student housing since 1976. We are one of the longest running and best established landlords in the Syracuse University Area. Our company is composed of 31 properties capable of housing nearly 800 students. Our properties include the best locations on campus, such as 614 South Crouse Ave, 302 Marshall St, and

604 Walnut Ave. Since UAA is an established property owner, we can offer quality housing at a price that the competition cannot match. UAA apartments are the best value on campus. Over the years we have provided quality, affordable housing to over 35,000 students. Our size provides a diverse group of properties ranging from single-tenant studios all the way up to 8 bedroom houses. If you are looking for something special, we have housing to fit your needs. All of our apartments come furnished, unless you specify otherwise. Many have the utilities included. We also have many newly remodeled kitchen and bathroom areas in our apartments. Apartments come with a mixture of carpet and hardwood flooring. UAA employs a full-time maintenance staff to ensure a high level of quality and cleanliness. A 24-hour number is available for emergencies only. Non-emergencies can be reported to the office via phone or email during business hours. Problems are handled quickly and efficiently. All mowing, landscaping, and snow removal is handled by our staff at no cost, freeing you to pursue your classes. We also provide trash removal and recycling, as well as, assistance in finding subtenants if you will not be occupying the apartment for the entirety of the lease term. Our apartments are all within easy walking distance of the Syracuse University Main Campus. Several properties border the University’s Connective Corridor. Streets are well lit and the free campus bus line runs through a majority of our rental area.
