Is it time to upgrade? But you have a low interest rate and are nervous you won't find a home you'd like?

Prefab homes would be the fastest and most affordable solution for those effected by natural disasters.

There's no excuse to why future fires can be managed in a timely manner to reduce the impact of residents. (Unless people keep voting for those leaders who are incompetent)

I haven't spoke much about sustainable housing due to the rapid increase in home prices over the last 4 yrs, sustainability becomes a luxury until it becomes a standard.

I saw this screenshot in an AI group and seen this prompt going around for a while of trying to confuse chatgpt.

My initial thought, is all those people will probably be replaced by AI because they waste their time playing trivia games with AI.

Remember, currently AI is as good as the user.

Learn to ask better questions and then leverage AI to help complete your work or day to day tasks.

Better communication skills will translate into better relationships, more money, and an overall better lifestyle.

Ps. If you need a Realtor that asks good questions and continues to work on their communication skills.

Reminder to make sure that your Realtor doesn't have a short temper. It can definitely cost you thousands or lose you a house when they negotiate on your behalf.

Try this exercise.

Think of two opposing view points and create an argument for both sides coming from a perspective of concern and pure intent.

Doing so will build emotional strength and create a sense of empathy when faced with future dilemmas.

When you begin to practice this regularly, you'll be able to have better conversations thus improving your business and personal relationships. Not only that, you'll begin to question yourself and realize your own trigger points.

This exercise can be an excellent teaching opportunity for your kids and those you lead.

As a natural introvert, I taught myself to pick up on social cues, such as body language, and tonality. This has helped me as a Realtor and I've recieved praise from other Realtors I've done deals with because of questions I've asked or how mission focused I was.

Scrolling through the MLS, finding 153 homes in Davis and Weber county under $400,000 to send to my client's, while checking up on mortgage rates.

Jamming out to tunes and checking out the analytics of social posts and looking for the investment property where the numbers make sense for investor clients.

Would you buy a haunted house?

Utah law does not require sellers to disclose if a house is haunted. Utah law defines a "stigmatized property" as a home that may be undesirable to buyers for reasons other than its physical condition, such as a homicide, felony, su***de, infectious disease, or drug contamination. However, sellers are not required to disclose if a property is stigmatized.

However, sellers are encouraged to disclose any stigmatizations to potential buyers.
