Congratulations to Alex and his family on the purchase of their new home! 🏡 This transaction was ✌🏾years in the making. Alex was able to keep and leverage his first home to purchase this new home. Cesar did an absolutely great job with this transaction locking him at a 5.74% interest rate 😳 Alex will be renting out his first home and with the cash flow he’ll cover a big chunk of his new mortgage. This home comes with an unfinished basement and separate entrance. He will be finishing the basement which, when complete, will be a 3 bed/2 bath with its own kitchen and living area. Congratulations to our seller Suzanne on the closing of her home! 🏡🙌🏾 Suzanne was in a tough position where she bought and had to sell her home all in the same year. A great teaching opportunity arose in California where she is from and she decided to take it. We gave her numerous scenarios that could benefit her (including seller financing) and her unique situation. The home went under contract 3 times 😅, before we found a solid buyer who fell in love with the home. Real Estate isn’t all fun and games and not every offer you receive is a sure thing. It’s all about balancing emotions and just getting to work for your clients and looking out for their best interests! 🙏🏾

Huge congratulations to Alex and Mariah on their first home purchase! 🏡 This awesome couple was a referral from Alex’s older brother Blake, who I had helped in early 2020 and we stayed in touch throughout the years. Alex, Mariah and I toured a ton of homes, which they claim was over 100 homes 👀, before we found the one. Throughout the whole process I told them to not get discouraged, to send me whatever home they wanted to see or were even curious about and we’d check it out. I told them when they’d find the one they’d know instantly it was the one they’d go all in for. Luckily when this home hit the market we did have some competition, but we were able to beat them out. Wins from this transaction were $9,700 towards their closings costs/rate buy down, new water heater, paid off solar, and a huge yard for their dog Sam! 🙌🏾 I am happy to have assisted this great couple into their first steps of real estate investing. With us you aren’t just a number or a transaction. You can count on that! 🤞🏾💯

Congratulations to Dimas on the purchase of his home! 🎉Dimas is Cesar (the lenders father). Cesar and I are childhood friends and his dad has known me since I was a child. It’s awesome seeing things go full circle and being able to help out people who were apart of your childhood. I appreciate the trust and confidence place in both Cesar and myself to help navigate him through this transaction. Some key highlights from this transaction is getting a significant price reduction and having the seller pay $10,000 towards his closing costs also being able to get a permanent rate buy down and having enough left over for a temporary buy down. Dimas came in out of pocket only $2,700 to get into this home 😳 and he will be converting it down the line as a rental to begin his investment portfolio. 🏡 It’s never too late to invest in Real Estate with the right team around you! 🚀 Thank you to Cesar for locking in and getting this loan done with a great rate and Krista for killing the closing like always! 🙏🏾

Congratulations to Jose & Teresa on the sale and purchase of their new home! 🏡 This couple bought their first home in 2007 hoping that it would open the door to a bigger home for them in the future. Their patience paid off this week when they were able to purchase that bigger home with more room, land, and paid off solar panels. 🙌🏾 This was a team effort to get this closed so thank you to Jan Brady at NorthStar Mortgage who killed it and was able to get their loan closed out in 2 weeks! 😳 Also thank you to Kassandra who handled the sale and purchase for this couple and did a great job educating Jose & Teresa through the process. 🙌🏾 and my business partners Jairo & Lucas who stepped in to help with showings and anything else to make this a smooth transaction! 👌🏾
