University Hill Realty is looking for skilled painting companies or individuals to paint the interiors of our rental properties during three turnover periods this summer. The dates needed will be May 21-25, June 21-25, and July 21-25. The walls will be prepped prior to your arrival, and we will provide the paint & roller covers. We will expect your crew or you to be able to cut in and roll ceilings and walls at a fast pace with quality outcome. The same paint will used for trim and walls. You can expect to be responsible for multiple apartments within a mile radius during each turnover period. All properties will be unfurnished and unoccupied allowing you to work anytime of day or night. You will be required to clean up after yourself, most properties have slop sinks in the basement.
- Must have liability insurance & have workers compensation for crew members.
- Must have working cell phone.
- Must have transportation.
