The Pike Block project comprises four adjacent downtown Syracuse buildings; the Chamberlin, Witherill, Wilson and Bond buildings in what is called the "Heart of Downtown". The residential space will total 78 one-, two- and three- bedroom apartments. Retail space is planned for the street level in all buildings with interesting retail opportunities available in the proposed courtyard that will open

a connection between Clinton and Salina streets. The Pike Block project will serve as a link between two existing historic districts.
