As 2025 comes to a close, we’re reflecting on a year of momentum at The Icon Companies.
This year brought meaningful progress across development and construction, from adaptive reuse at The Sanctuary to the commencement of construction at Icon Place in Manlius, alongside continued investment and improvements at Icon Tower.
We also executed significant brokerage activity, including the $14M sale of a 507,400 SF industrial facility in Cortland, while advancing leasing opportunities across Central New York.
Across our residential portfolio, strong resident feedback at communities like The Bradford, the Courtyard at Cazenovia, and Icon Tower reinforced our commitment to responsive property management.
