Imagine getting to own a property for free AND at the same time getting thousands of dollars back in order to do so?! I was fortunate enough to work with my friend in order to find him a property where we were able to do just that! While living at a reduced cost on one side of the newly remodeled duplex, he was able to rent out the second unit to get some monthly passive income.
