I help sellers that own homes like this one all the time.

This one had her son and her nephews in it living for free and destroying the place. She didn’t want to kick them out herself and she wanted to sell so her husband could retire earlier than they had planned.

I bought the property from her off market in as-is condition and I was able to get her the money she was looking for and I helped her get her son and nephews a different place to rent.
