Let’s talk strategy, buyers!

With all the changes in the market, it’s easy to get caught up in the intricacies of real estate strategy.

But I have a bit of a wake up call for you:

The best strategy is not trying to time the market.

Why? Because it’s nearly impossible!

The market is only clear in hindsight, which means that unless you make a decision, you’ll probably end up regretting not taking action.

So rather than trying to time the market, get pre-approved and ready to buy and then stay vigilant with your real estate agent. Be patient and know what your needs and wants are.

With the help of your real estate agent, you’ll find the right home for you!

🍁🥧Mosaic Pie Event 2022🥧🍁

This event is one of my favorites that we do, for sure. It’s such a wonderful time of year to begin with and then blessing my people on top of that gives me ALL the warm and fuzzies 🥰

This year was a small turn out for me, but that’s more than okay. I’m still so grateful! Grateful for my client friends, my lender friend .academymortgage, my fellow agent friend who spearheaded our Oly event this year AND took care of my Puyallup person after my car broke down , as well as so many many other amazing humans!
Thanksgiving for me isn’t about the food, the sales the next day or even the history really; it’s about being thankful for the people in my life.

It’s that time of year again, our 6th annual Mosaic Pie Event is approaching! If you’re on my Raving Fans list, you should have already received a postcard. All you have to do now is RSVP to the link provided and you’re in!

I feel so lucky to call the South Capitol Neighborhood in Olympia my home. There are so many great things about it, and I truly wouldn’t want to live anywhere else!

This is just a short list of my top 5 favorite things about the area. Plus, they also happen to be pretty good reasons to move to the neighborhood.

1. Minutes away from Downtown Oly and all its local businesses. From amazing restaurants to funky shops, to stunning walks by the water, there's something for everyone down there!
2. The walkability! Especially in the Fall when all our big Oak tree's leaves start to change color
3. All the beautiful, old, historic homes. Did you know the first ones were built as early as 1878?
4. Halloween Night. If you saw my recent IG story, then you have some idea😅 we get THOUSANDS of trick-or-treaters on Halloween night and it's just one big party!
5. We have one of the best elementary schools in the city in our neighborhood and are only about a mile from the # 1 ranked high school in the area. As a mom, I know how important that is for families when relocating

JUST SOLD! 🔑🎉

So many firsts on this one! My first military clients that are PCSing from out of state and my first time having to deal with a low appraisal 😲😲 but we worked through it all, from all the Facetime tours and having to re-negotiate after the appraisal was well worth it for me to get this family the house they wanted.

Gratitude.

That’s what I feel when I see myself included in our Mosaic “Million Dollar” club and the Mosaic Young Guns.
I’m grateful for the opportunities that led me to sell over $1.1 million dollars worth of real estate last month. I’m grateful to my clients for trusting me. I’m grateful for the agents I work alongside, the ones who challenge me and inspire me. But mostly, I’m grateful for myself, the Realtor I have become and how hard I’ve worked.

S•O•L•D 🥳🍾

This one was particularly special for me for a couple of reasons: 1) This is the highest priced home I’ve sold so far in my career AND 2) These fine folks in the second photo are none other than my wonderful parents!

It was such an amazing experience helping two of my favorite humans find a new home. Special thanks to my girl for all her help and taking care of us on the lending side!
