It’s that time again… closing tomorrow on a beautiful Federal Way home. My buyers googled me and called me out of the blue. A few showings later and we were under contract on their dream home. Newlyweds with a dog and a cat… too sweet and too good to be true. The appraisal came back $20K more than what we offered. Finish line is within reach and I couldn’t be happier for them.
