Today we wrapped up the preconstruction meeting, where we confirmed every detail to make sure everything being built is exactly what was selected. They even added a few custom electrical upgrades to make their forever home fit their lifestyle even better.

Now it’s official… we’re off to the races! 🚧

There is something incredibly rewarding about seeing people I’ve connected with personally, who trusted me and my team enough to invest in not only a home, but a 12-month journey together, come back together to create something even greater.

These relationships don’t end at closing. Watching neighbors become friends and seeing a community come to life is one of the best parts of what I get to do.
