The Pierce County market continues to give buyers more options as we head into fall. The median sold price came in at $580,000, while 2,903 homes were actively on the market. That’s 306 more active homes than we saw in June, giving buyers more to choose from and creating a little more breathing room in the market.

With inventory building and prices showing some movement, the story this fall is less about rushing and more about understanding the numbers and knowing where the opportunities are. 🏡
