One of the best pieces of real estate advice I’ve come across recently comes from fellow Windermere agent Eddie Izumizaki.
In his article, Control What You Can: A Simple Approach to Real Estate, Eddie reminds buyers and sellers that while we can’t control interest rates, market conditions, or economic headlines, we can control how we prepare, price, and approach the process.
For sellers, that means focusing on presentation and pricing strategy. For buyers, it means understanding priorities, staying prepared, and making thoughtful decisions based on personal goals rather than trying to perfectly time the market. It’s a simple but valuable perspective to keep in mind in any market.
