The Landlord Liaison Program is a Pierce County-funded program, designed for the purposes of supporting property owners & managers who have chosen to provide affordable housing for the Pierce County Coordinated Entry System. LLP provides Risk Mitigation Funding for property owners & managers willing to utilize Fair Housing-approved secondary screening criteria. LLP can also provide:


  • An exclusive 24-Hour Hotline created for Housing Providers, and designed to provide support in the event that any issues should arise with tenants

  • Dispute Resolution Services for the purposes of fostering stable, long term tenancy

  • Risk Reduction Funds designed to protect your investment (as funding is available)
