Lately I have heard of some bad experiences with realtors. If you decide to work with an agent, make sure they take their fiduciary responsibilty seriously. Most buyers should always get an inspection of both the home and the sewer. If you have an agent that that does not act to protect your interest, you can fire them. Choose agents that you feel comfortable with and trust your gut. I work with sellers and buyers and offer references.
