I'm pleased to announce the successful closing of the Sumner Self Storage facility at Hwy 410 in Sumner for $2.5mm. I was able to find a buyer from California that was excited about this amazing investment property!

My representation of the Seller took on special importance as he was weeks away from undergoing a dangerous medical procedure and he wanted to make sure he was wife was protected financially if things didn't go as planned. As it turns out, my client's surgery went perfectly and his wife and him are now enjoying retirement in beautiful Lake Havasu!

It was a pleasure to work with Andrew Hunter of Hunter Investments who represented the Buyer.
