Please help me welcome Leah Zamir of Guild Mortgage to our upcoming "The Moment" Panel on March 4th.

Leah closed just over $14M her 1st year as a loan officer, $28M her 2nd year, $48M her 3rd year, $78M her 4th year, and then a whopping $124M her 5th year for a total of #317 loan transactions in 2020 with only a four-person team.

This superwoman of a mortgage lender and her single assistant closed over 400 transactions last year and she fully intends on ramping up her volume in 2021.

I'm excited to announce that Taylor Winkler of New American Funding will be one of our panelists during our upcoming Feb 5th closed event. Taylor got her start in the mortgage industry working as an ISA five years ago and now she's a high producing solo Loan Officer funding 99 transactions in 2020 and has recently set a goal of funding 150 transactions in 2021. I don't know too many other 25-year-olds doing these kinds of numbers. Way to go Taylor!!!

We decided to try something different in this interview. Eric Guina, a real estate investor/developer turned real estate entrepreneur focusing on socially concious investments invited us into his life while he is still in the middle of his "Moment". I love that we decided to take the interview in this direction. Who know's it might be the start of something new :)
