🏡✨ Sharing some exciting news with my real estate family!

After an incredible journey as business administrator with Sark Real Estate Group, I'm transitioning to a new adventure! Edgar and the powerhouse team will continue to provide the exceptional service they're known for - truly skilled professionals I have complete faith in. I will always be proud of my role here and all we accomplished together. My time with them taught me so much and helped me grow in ways I never expected. My clients received exceptional service, and for that, I'm grateful.

In October, I'll be joining an amazing team of dynamic agents who are passionate about fighting for every client and ensuring everyone gets the representation they deserve. Their values around inclusive service and community building speak directly to my heart! I can't wait to share more about that later!

As a Transaction Coordinator AND licensed agent, I'll be with you from contract to closing. I get to work remotely with flexible hours - which means being more available for YOU and spending more time with my family both here and out of state!

From House Sold to Dream Home Secured 🏠🔑

These amazing past clients just completed the full circle—selling their home and now officially closing on their next chapter! With their kids grown and out of the house, they were ready for a lifestyle change and had been exploring a wide area—from north of Seattle all the way down to Tacoma—to find the right fit.

We spent a few months touring options and even wrote a few offers, but without their home sold and little down, it was tough to compete in this market. Eventually, they started to gravitate toward North Tacoma, where they saw more value and potential compared to what was available further north. We listed their home, got it under contract quickly, and that gave them the leverage they needed to be more competitive—even without going contingent.

Not long after, they found the one—a beautiful home with a great view in a vibrant neighborhood that checked all the boxes. We went up against multiple offers and came out on top! When the appraisal came in low, we rolled up our sleeves and negotiated a win-win to keep the deal alive and moving forward.
Now, they’ve officially closed and completed a smooth move into their new home. We’re so excited for what’s ahead for them—and grateful to have helped them make it all happen! 🎉

New listings continue to climb and are now outpacing pending sales—giving buyers more options and slightly easing competition. Price reductions are up again, showing that sellers still need to stay sharp on pricing to attract offers.

Helping Our Seller Start Her Next Chapter Strong 💼➡️🏔️

Our client (a former coworker of one of our agents) had big plans for her next chapter—retiring and relocating to Colorado to be closer to family. With her move on the horizon, she reached out to us to help sell her home and make the transition as smooth as possible.

We launched the listing and quickly saw strong interest. After a weekend of showings and multiple offers, we went under contract for $15,000 over asking—a great win! But not long after, a challenge popped up when the appraisal came in low at the original list price of $450,000.

Even with the low appraisal, we got to work and restructured the deal to preserve her bottom line. Through careful negotiation, we secured seller-friendly terms and contributed closing costs from the buyer side, allowing our seller to walk away with $5,000 more than she had hoped for.

Another Successful Sale in the Books 🏡💼

My friend turned client was relocating back into the city for work and needed to sell their home quickly and efficiently. They reached out to our team, and we took over from there — coordinating everything from landscaping to deep cleaning and final prep to ensure the home was market-ready without them needing to travel back and forth.

Once we hit the market, showings took off, and the interest was strong. We received 7 offers, including a couple above asking price, and secured a great result for our seller.

We did run into a hiccup along the way dealing with issues left behind by a roofing company that was no longer in business, but thanks to the cooperation of all parties and clear communication, we navigated through it and kept the deal together all the way to closing.

Another smooth outcome and great result for our client — congrats again and best of luck in the next chapter!
