The headlines might make it sound like everyone is sitting still, but my clients are proving them wrong. 😉

People outgrow homes, find the one they cannot stop thinking about, need more space, want a different neighborhood (hello, North End vs. Proctor vs. Stadium District decisions), or realize the timing finally makes sense for their family.

The real test is when things start to fall apart. 👀
