Well... we thought we'd wait until Wednesday, but someone made us an offer that we wanted to take. Sometimes it's not about swatting away a thousand flies, sometimes it's about recognizing that there is a honeybee that will work hard with you to make honey out of this transaction, and for my seller and I, we want to feel like we have really accomplished something special for both seller and buyer.

This home was the home he raised his boys in. They have flown and it was time for a new chapter. And we are closing on his new smaller home in, we hope, 4 days. So everything is moving seamlessly to a happy transition for everyone. We are thrilled and happy to have this outcome.
