SOLD & CLOSED! 🏡✨

What a special closing this was for my very first listing!

I am beyond grateful to my incredible sellers for trusting me with the sale of their home.

When we first connected, their home had already been on the market for 160 days. Together, we decided it was time for a fresh approach. We invested in new professional photography, I virtual staged the photos, we refreshed the marketing, and repositioned the home to showcase its full potential.

The best part? Just one week after relisting, we were under contract! 🎉

To my sellers, thank you for believing in the vision, trusting the process, and allowing me to represent you.

If you’re thinking about selling—or if your home hasn’t gotten the results you hoped for—I’d love to help you create a strategy that’s tailored to your goals.

✨ The furniture isn’t real... but the impact is.

One of the most powerful tools in real estate marketing isn’t changing the home—it’s helping buyers see what’s possible.

In today’s market, where most buyers start their search online, compelling visuals can make all the difference in capturing attention and generating interest.

I created these virtual staged images for my newest listing to demonstrate how strategic design and marketing can transform the way a property is presented online. Check out the link in my bio to see the full property website! 🔗

What do you think—does the staged version help you envision the space differently? 👇

🏡 If you’re thinking about selling, or you’re an agent looking for virtual staging support, I’d love to help. Send me a message to learn more!

Officially hit a major milestone… my very first listing! 🥹✨

I have always been on the buyers side, so this moment means so much to me. I’m beyond grateful for every person who has supported, encouraged, and trusted me along the way.

A lot of prayer, learning, consistency, and hard work led to this moment — and I’m so excited for what’s ahead 🤍

FULL CIRCLE MOMENT 🥹🏡

Today was extra special — getting to hand keys to not just my clients, but friends I graduated with ❤️💛

After months of searching for the right home, watching them step into this new chapter — a place they can truly call theirs — means everything.

And let’s talk about this WIN 👇🏽
✨ $12,500 in seller credits
✨ Appraised $25,000 OVER purchase price

I’m so excited for you to raise your family and build your life here. It was truly a blessing to be part of this journey.

Congratulations on EVERYTHING, Brittany and Alex! It’s all coming into alignment, and I can’t wait to see the memories you create 🤍

If you’ve been thinking about buying, this is your sign 👀
Let’s create a plan that works for YOU — message me “HOME” and let’s get started ✨

🏡✨ A New Beginning. The Covenant Path to Homeownership.

For generations, many families were shut out of homeownership through discriminatory housing practices. The Covenant Homeownership Program was created to help restore opportunity and open doors for a new generation of homeowners.

Through this program, eligible buyers may receive up to 20% down payment assistance (up to $150,000) with zero interest to help purchase their first home!

We’re partnering with the Black Home Initiative to host a conversation about what this program means, who qualifies, and how families can begin preparing for homeownership.

Because homeownership isn’t just about buying a house — it’s about legacy, stability, and building for the generations to come.

✨ Tag or share this with someone who should be in the room. This information could change a family’s future. Link is in my bio.

Buying your first home shouldn’t feel confusing, intimidating, or “for other people.” It should feel possible. ✨🏡

If you’ve been thinking about buying but don’t know where to start — this class is for you. 👏🏽

James and I are hosting a FREE First-Time Homebuyer Education class in partnership with the Tacoma Urban League, designed to help you understand the process, know your options, and walk away with a real plan — not just motivation.

We’ll break down:
• What it actually takes to buy in today’s market
• Down payment assistance options
• How to prepare your finances
• And your real-life questions — answered honestly

This isn’t a sales pitch. It’s education, clarity, and strategy.

You’ll leave with confidence, a clear roadmap, and a state-approved certificate you can use toward down payment assistance programs.

So much has happened since I took these headshots..

I got engaged in September.
I welcomed my baby girl in October.
And I turned 28 this month.

I can truly say I am blessed and thankful for all that 2025 brought me. I pray you’ve been well and that your holiday season was filled with joy and love. 🤍

Now, as I return from maternity leave, I’m excited for the year ahead and to re-engage with this page. If 2026 brings new dreams, moves, or homeownership goals, I’d love to support you however I can. 🫶🏽

Wishing you and your family abundant blessings ✨
