I've heard from a few friends that said they couldn't buy or sell real estate right now because of shelter in place rules. That's not the case! The market is still active and you can buy or sell right now. The real change is in the process: in order to make it safer for all parties to a transaction.

It's hard to tell what the long-term impact of the virus will be on the overall economy or local real estate markets. The following article covers a number of economic issues you may want to consider when buying or selling.

Just got done with a great video conference on Global Luxury Real Estate.
