Started the week strong with our First Western Properties team dinner to kick off the 2026 ICSC conference Monday night in Las Vegas, and we’ve been nonstop ever since. It’s been a great week connecting with industry partners, strengthening relationships, and collaborating on new opportunities across commercial real estate.

Proud of the work our team has been doing throughout the conference and grateful for everyone we’ve had the chance to meet along the way.

Each year, we recognize our top-performing brokers with our President’s/Diamond Club Celebration — a chance to step away, connect, and celebrate what’s been earned.

Our Tacoma crew came ready in Seahawks gear as we prepare for Super Bowl LX this weekend where we will be watching our Seattle Seahawks take on the New England Patriots.
