When you think about just three words you could use to describe how you would want any transaction or process to work out for yourself, these three would be what almost everyone would want. Now add the extreme difficulty and importance of putting together a large custom construction loan and hearing these three descriptions of how your experience went. I've just finished one of the craziest and roughest 1 year period's in my professional life. Our company needed to reevaluate our portfolio from over usage last year, which actually turnout to be the right thing to do ahead of the industry. This created some strained relationships with some former teammates (which was completely understandable) and we lost some good people at the end of 2022.

But, in March Umpqua Bank merged with Columbia Bank and this has turned out to be GREAT for both sides! Our home lending department has brought forth several new portfolio products for new buyer's and a self sourced down payment assistance program. We've opened up our construction program too! We have a great array of loan options to get people into homes and help those already in them.

Recently, the company has announced that they have entrusted me to run the state of Washington, with the Idaho Panhandle region. I'm beyond grateful and jacked up to build this team.

Now, we're looking to fill in some areas where we need QUALITY loan officers to service our local branch's in those markets. Our loan officers are HYBRID individuals who have their own personal referral sources and work in tandem with our branch's to service our 850k clients! We have created a very balanced personal portfolio of business, which creates stability even in uncertain times.

We're looking for 2 home loan officers in between Bellingham and Lynnwood, at least (1) individual in the Tri-Cities area and a couple in the Tacoma/Puyallup markets. Individual's with a proven track record and experience in both individual production and working with local bank branches.
