You guys! A first! Someone performed a drive-by-thievery and stole the top half of my signpost and my sign. Don't worry though, the bottom half is still there. Just a white post sticking up, all sad. But the top half of the post and my sign are both long gone. What do you think someone will do with them?!

Remember, occasionally I sell houses in Alaska! And occasionally I sell houses for some of my oldest friends who now live in Africa! Ryan McFarland and I have been friends since the year 2000. We went to Vietnam together. We built this sweet sweater together. And I am honored he let me sell him and Pepper McFarland 's Petersburg house together.
