Ok this is the COOLEST. Look at the first picture, that backyard garage-ish outbuilding extra large huge shed thing. I don't know what to call it. The beat up looking building in the backyard of this home I showed. Decent, but old, and needs paint real bad. You would never guess from looking at it what they did inside. IT WAS SO AWESOME, YOU GUYS. I WANT ONE.

I look ridiculous and apparently forgot how to smile with teeth, but today I got to tour a GIGANTIC architectural concrete pre-cast plant and it pretty awesome. I saw huge road barriers being poured for WADOT. Small parking curbs. And the whole building, over 70,000 square feet, is all built of their concrete. So cool!

It's been a little slow, you all know the current state of the real estate market, so I went on a trip to fire up the market for myself. If you work for yourself and you ever need to light a fire under your business, go try to relax. It never fails.

Still up here, selling houses in Alaska. I'M OBSESSED WITH THIS HOUSE. Kyler asked for us to move into this house. He even found a new friend. Sadly for him, I have an interested buyer who's not us 😂🤞check out this third floor area..it's like an....inside Widow's Walk, kind of? So gorgeous. Plus, Kyler and his buddy in the comments because I can't get a pic to load with my video.
