Meet Dan, one of our featured appraisers for Ask an Appraiser! 👋

Dan has been an appraiser since 1997, and he’s seen the appraisal world from just about every angle.

He’s worked as a staff appraiser for a bank, as a reviewer, and as an independent contractor. During his time in banking, he became the Regional Appraisal Manager for Washington, Oregon and Idaho, overseeing a team of 75 staff appraisers.

And he doesn’t just know appraisals — he knows how to teach them. Dan has worked as an appraisal instructor and taught classes in 23 states.

Since 2018, he’s also been running his own appraisal company.

Needless to say, we’re excited to have all of that experience at the table for Ask an Appraiser!
