Stunning views of Puget Sound, Mount Rainier and the Olympics will be available right from the comfort of your new home. Onsite Amenities include a pet park in our landscaped courtyard on the 1st level, a dog wash room, two community rooms; one located outside on the top level covered and fully equipped for entertainment and lounging and the other on our ground floor with outdoor patio access, a fitness center with free weights up to 75lbs., machine weights, a squat rack, and cardio equipment, a cooler for cold storage, and free bicycle storage rooms throughout the controlled access garage.

Our rooftop is one of our favorite spots at The Stadium Apartments; whether you’re bringing dinner up, catching up with neighbors, or just finding a seat and enjoying the view. Things are getting pretty frank around here.Tonight’s Resident Night is all about one very important question: what toppings belong on the perfect hot dog? We’re setting up a build-your-own Hot Dog Bar for Stadium residents, complete with plenty of toppings, drinks, and raffle prizes.Current residents: ketchup with us downstairs from 6–7 PM and come hungry. We’ll see you in the Community Room!And yes, we know. These puns are the wurst, but we promise the hot dogs will be great!

A long weekend is calling! 🇺🇸

Just a friendly reminder that the Stadium Apartments leasing office will be closed Monday, September 7th in observance of Labor Day.

Our team will be taking the day to recharge and enjoy the last stretch of summer. We’ll be back in the office and ready to help on Tuesday, September 8th.

If you experience an emergency while the office is closed, such as a fire, flood, or lockout, please call 253-600-2871 and select option 2 for emergency maintenance assistance.

We hope all of our residents, neighbors, and friends have a safe and relaxing Labor Day! ❤️🤍💙

Everyone, meet Koko, our September Pet of the Month!

Koko is a self-described, or perhaps human-described, dog-sized cat whose favorite activities include lightly chewing on hands, performing apartment parkour, and confidently declaring that it is feeding time regardless of what the clock has to say.

But behind that demanding feeding schedule is quite the social butterfly. Koko loves meeting new people and socializing with just about any human he meets. So if Koko had his way, we're fairly certain the entire building would eventually be on his friend list.

🐾 Meet Buoy, our July Pet of the Month! 🦴💙

If you've spotted an extra fluffy face around the community lately, you've probably met Buoy! This lovable Bernese Mountain Dog is settling into apartment life and has already made it his mission to say hello to everyone he meets.

Here's what Buoy had to say:
💬 "Hi everyone, I’m Buoy! I’m new to the apartment and still learning my new environment. I love meeting new people and I think everyone wants to be my friend. Sorry if I get in your business. My favorite things are playing with my toys, getting belly rubs from my parents, and making new friends. I hope to meet you soon!"

We have a feeling Buoy is going to become a neighborhood favorite in no time. If you see him around, don't be surprised if he stops by to say hello. After all, he seems pretty convinced everyone is here to be his newest best friend. 🐶❤️
