Very interesting stats from the 23 county Northwest MLS!!! Note the low inventory numbers down 32% from last year at this time. The Pierce County inventory has been even lower, and prices have shot up over 10% from a year ago! So far the coronavirus has not affected sales or activity in the hot Washington state real estate market. It will be interesting to see what happens as the number of reported cases continues to grow. One thing is for sure: high demand combined with record low interest rates, and low levels of inventory is making for one great time to sell a home!
