In celebration of PRIDE Month, our team participated in a 5K to raise awareness about food insecurity within the LGBTQ community. Shockingly, 22% of this community lives in poverty and faces food insecurity. Through our partnership with Move For Hunger, our goal is to provide 180,000 meals this month. By joining the Move 2 Fight Hunger challenge, we're committed to "moving" to help fight hunger and spread awareness.

In celebration of AAPI Heritage Month, our team dedicated a day to giving back to the community by volunteering for trash pick-up in Seattle's Chinatown-International District Business Improvement Area (CIDBIA). We are proud to have collected 16 bags of trash, contributing to the cleanliness and beauty of this vibrant neighborhood. It's our way of showing appreciation and support for the rich cultural heritage and the incredible contributions of the AAPI community.

As we move deeper into and approach the season of Thanksgiving, we're taking a moment to reflect and give thanks for the rich heritage and contributions of Native American communities. Our team participated in an educational course this month to continue learning about Native American History. We also donated and planted more than 100 native tree and plant species to contribute to the restoration and preservation of the Duwamish Hill Preserve, a parcel of historical, cultural, and ecologically significant land in Tukwila.

In celebration of this September, we are hosting our annual food drive supporting Northwest Harvest and Move For Hunger. You can participate by donating non-perishable items in the leasing office. Your contribution will aid in making an in our local community. The food drive will end on September 29th. .

Our community is thrilled to be partnering with Racing2Read and Seafair Festival to promote literacy and celebrate the Pacific Northwest’s love of Hydroplane Racing by encouraging our residents and team members to read more this summer. We look forward to seeing how many books our community will read as we cheer on U91 at Seafair!
