Most Realtors have an independent streak. Ian Broadie is more like a two-lane highway! This guy loves to try everything at least once, whether it’s making a tough ask in negotiations, pouring concrete, or buying a multiplex 🏘️ he does his homework and makes it happen.

He has a lot of curiosity— and not just about real estate. This makes him not only interesting to talk to, but also guarantees he will find something in common with nearly everyone he meets. 🤝

Of course his adventurousness serves him well as a father too; we can’t wait to watch karma visit this die hard Coug once his boys are a little older 😜 This Summer they spent a lot of time on the water in Gig Harbor, we imagine the activities will only get more lively from here (sorry Jess!)
