Sorry for long post...Again I am very emotional and humbled by the news last night, awards are awesome, but remember, I sell real estate for you, I absolutely love to be of service, to you, making you the most amount of money and set up your future and retirement. What never gets old, getting to look into someone's eyes when you hand them the key for their first home, or when you sell their first home and they have $100,000 in their pocket for the first time in their life is priceless. Yesterday I was told I broke records, I hit a milestone that hasn't been hit in Washington by a residential agent and is the highest recognized award in the Century 21 System called Grand Centurion, this is based on sales volume (over 37 Million sold, top .05% of the US), along with that I secured the Presidents Award which is 98% customer satisfaction which is even harder to achieve with that many transactions. So, what did I do? I am now the #1 Realtor in Washington with the most real estate sold in 2021 for the first time ever!!! I also beat out everyone in Oregon, #2 in Idaho and Alaska and #4 in California!! I am hoping to be in the top 60 in the nation overall but wont know until Feb. I sold over 80 properties, I got 18 families into a rent to own homes and helped over 20 people find a home in other states. When I negotiated buyers buying a home I averaged 7% less than list price, when selling I got my sellers an average of 17% over list price, that is how you make people money! Now, I could not have done this without the support of my finance team, Thank you Peter Lopez for all your support and love. He has changed lives for people beating out rates and setting people up with plans to make the most equity as fast as possible. We have a ton more events planned for you in 2022! Thank you to the background people at escrow who stay on top of things in all hours of the night, I definitely couldn't have done this without you. 2021 has def not been a easy year, and still navigating through covid, lack of not being able to travel much and I just had a major bout of cancer surgery that had not one, but two major complications that I am lucky to be here today, I havent told many about. Some positive stuff, my airbnb in Nashville is doing great, I just secured another airbnb before the cutoff in Nashville and working on some long term and flips now. We have raised thousands for Easter Seals and The Humane Society and may be working on a fund raiser, more to come. Ken LaLone Jr and I will be helping people in Nashville buy, sell and the rent to own program is in now there! It will be called NASH1 Real Estate, watch for it soon! We have the #1 office in Washington with an amazing team and so proud to be a part of it, Lindsay Jackman broke records and so proud of you, most agents had their best year ever in a pandemic, new agents that are kicking ass too will have an amazing life changing 2022, that shows you teamwork, the power of Century 21, the love for real estate and the want to help people.
