Dunson Properties was created by Kris and Peggy Thompson in order to take our passion for remodeling and helping people to a higher level. We are real estate investors and we fix up old homes to make them more beautiful, functional and valuable. With the ability to make cash offers, we can create an extremely fast and hassle-free transaction. We have rental properties in four states, including som

e beautiful vacation getaways. Partnering with other investors, we have financed some projects in Seattle, Tacoma and Wenatchee.
