HOA MEETING ON MARCH 20th!!!!
This is Ryan Knicely, your Yakima Villas HOA President. It's that time of the year again where we need to get together as homeowners and discuss the state of our HOA and properties as a whole!
I have been involved with the association for 2 years and I really think this meeting is critical to the continued upward momentum our association has enjoyed in the recent years. Topics that will be discussed are:
1. HOA Financial Status
2. Parking Headaches
3. Relationship with Tacoma Housing Authority buildings located on Court G
4. Leadership Transition of my position as well as possible others.
PLEASE PLAN TO BE THERE:
The meeting will start promptly at 6:30 on March 20th, 2019 and will be held at the Tacoma Pierce County Association of Realtors building (less than 2 blocks away from the townhouses). The address is as follows:
2550 South Yakima Ave., Suite C

Hi all, my name is Ryan Knicely. I am the Yakima Villas HOA president. I am writing to address illegal parking that currently appears to be the status quo for the middle units in the complex. To be clear, you are not allowed to park in the alley way. You may park in your garages, on the street, or somewhere else, but parking in the middle alley is prohibited.
